Website · Forms · Email
Keep the booking system your team likes. Move what needs work. We map the pages, forms, email, and accounts before anything changes.
Decide what stays, what moves, and what needs more information.

The agreed website or integrations, with page redirects where needed and a documented data flow.
Content, booking, access, and records before launch. We agree on who owns each ongoing task.
The usual arrangement: intake forms live with a vendor that signs a BAA or in your EHR’s patient portal, and the website only links to them. Two ways to get there; a new website does not require a new intake provider.
New practice website
A clear button opens patient intake.
FormDr
The existing form and designated records stay here.
BAA available; verify your accountAuthorized staff
Review records through approved access.

Eligible AWS services
A purpose-built application handles the selected workflow.
BAA + configured safeguards requiredAuthorized staff
Use controlled access; generic alerts can go to the practice inbox.
Illustrative options, not verified deployments. A business associate agreement (BAA) sets responsibilities for patient information. Agreements, eligible services, configuration, and practice procedures all need review. Kalydron’s standard forms and analytics are intended for non-PHI use. Any work involving PHI requires review of our role, access, and applicable agreements.
Google Workspace may serve as the practice inbox under the appropriate agreement and settings. A generic “new submission” alert can point staff to the secure system without copying patient answers into the notification.
Pages, forms, email, booking, account owners, and where information travels. Unknowns stay marked for confirmation.
A private preview, a plan for changed addresses, and tests using invented information for the selected workflows.
Switch only what is approved. Check the live routes, email, and booking, with a rollback plan available.
Check records and Search Console, document access, and retire old services only when the transition is accepted.
Rankings can fluctuate during a website move. We plan to protect search traffic and monitor the result; we cannot promise unchanged positions.

Who does the moving
Before Kalydron, I spent more than a decade building production software, including four years on Microsoft Teams. I bring that experience to a smaller, practical job: understanding what your practice uses, testing the replacement, and making the handover clear.

Send the website address and what you know. I will review public records and mark what still needs confirmation inside your accounts.
