Information you choose to send
If you use the contact form, email us, call, or text, we receive the information you provide—such as your name, contact details, website, and message. We use it to respond, scope requested work, and maintain the resulting business relationship.
Website signals
Like most web services, our hosting infrastructure may process basic request data needed for security and delivery, including an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Theme choice may be stored locally in your browser so the site can remember light or dark mode. Kalydron Pulse is designed to measure aggregate sessions and referral sources without cookies or a persistent visitor identity.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers that help us host the site, protect it, and deliver messages. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We retain business communications only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, our records, and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Some records may need to be retained where law or an active agreement requires it.
